I’m a Business English trainer, language coach, and visual thinking specialist, originally from Warwick, England, and now based in Duisburg, in the heart of Germany’s Ruhr Valley.

Back in 2012, I packed a suitcase full of ideas, curiosity, and enthusiasm and moved to Germany, excited to start my journey as an English trainer.

Since then, I’ve worked with professionals from all sorts of industries, from global corporations to small businesses. But they all had one thing in common: a desire to improve their English skills so they could communicate more freely, confidently, and competently at work without losing their own unique voice.

A key part of my approach is using creativity and visual thinking to make communication clearer, more practical, and easier to remember. I’m also known for my enthusiasm and encouragement, I enjoy motivating my clients to reach their English language goals and embrace the learning process.

Always Learning, Always Growing

As a lifelong learner myself, I’m always looking for ways to grow and stay up to date with the latest in Business English training and coaching. I’m Committee Chair of ELTA-Rhine (my local English Language Teacher Association), volunteer with IATEFL BESIG, an international network of Business English trainers, and I’ve completed the FEEL programme for language coaching, delivered by the International Language Coaching Association (ILCA). I’m a member of the International Women in Business, Düsseldorf (iwibdus) network, where I’ve built valuable connections with inspiring women from all around the world.
